I work in an office, and the discreet fit and look of them do not give an indicators that I am wearing them. I also like the new color choices-they look much more like underwear. I have been dealing with incontinence issue for over a decade, and these are the most discreet products available.

I almost felt bad throwing them out at the end of the day because they seem so real. They are very good at absorbing even large leaks. The packaging makes it easier to to deal with than the plastic bags most of these products come in. Although I don't really like walking through the store with a box that has a big picture of incontinence pants on every side. Overall I'd say these are the top of the line for light to medium bladder leakage.

Actually fitted much better since these are specifically for men rather then a universal. Accidents were made but this kept his outside area dry. Great product.

Had Prostate Cancer surgery and use Depend Real Fit and they work as stated. The waist is a little to high so I fold the waistband over and is just about right. The only problem I have is they get very warm after wearing for awhile and you start to sweat and can get moist and a little uncomfortable. I also use the guards and at night the shields. Overall a good product for the money and have not had any real problems.

He didn't want to be embarrassed by using them or have them be seen. He found the fit to be similar to boxer briefs but with shorter legs.
