In terms of durability, they’re impressively sturdy, holding up well throughout the day without tearing or losing shape, even with constant movement. Comfort is a big highlight—these fit securely yet discreetly, feeling almost like regular underwear, which greatly boosts my confidence and comfort. As for absorbency, I’ve found them reliable for moderate leaks; they quickly wick moisture away from the skin, keeping me dry and comfortable throughout the day without irritation or discomfort.

While they have some issues (edges tearing or already being torn), he reports that they’re better than many of the diapers and underwear he’s already tried, and they feel closest to wearing “regular underwear” again. They seem to do a good job of controlling odors (I am the caretaker and haven’t noticed anything), and the absorbency is good, depending on how much the person drinks and if they’re urinating often or defecating. I will continue to buy these and use them daily.

The fact that they had more colors made it seem that way as well. The packaging is great because you don't have a huge bag(that looks like a diaper bag) to embarrass you. I felt as though these were noticeably more absorbent than the usual Depend for men. My favorite part is definitely the different colors, because it makes it seem like real underwear that I can match to my outfit. He works long hours and sometimes can’t make it to the restroom right when he needs to. These have offered help for those times. He doesn’t worry about leaks throughout the day. It took him wearing them several days for him to feel comfortable in his mind using this type of product. He was quite surprised about how they fit and didn’t look bulky or like he was wearing a diaper.

He had his prostate removed due to prostate cancer and has had a few embarrassing moments in public and through the night. Most of the available adult diapers, are just that, a diaper. Not only are they uncomfortable under jeans, they’re kind of depressing to put on at 65. He’s really pleased with Depend’s Real Fit, as it’s less obvious and gives him a bit of dignity back. Usually, the kids can see that he’s wearing a pull-up with these they were like underwear they held any leak that he had during the hours of class and they were very comfortable to him Was extremely impressed due to the fact that most depends are either way too big too and just not at all discreet however, these were game changer. I have already purchased more and I do absolutely recommend to keep whomever is feeling confident protected and all around comfortable thumbs up.
