They fit well, feel soft, and don’t have that bulky diaper-like look I was worried about. The absorbency is solid, keeping me dry without any leaks, and they’re breathable enough to wear all day without irritation. I do wish the waistband had a little more stretch for a more flexible fit, but overall, they feel way more like real underwear than I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depends Real Fit were more comfortable than I thought they would be. They enabled me to go about my business without the worry of leakage. Very absorbent and the elastic around the legs prevented any leakage onto my outer garments. I am very satisfied with this product and will definitely purchase again.

My husband has struggled to find a product that was comfortable and absorbed well. After trying several other brands and types he chose this as his favorite. However, they are a bit small and fail to come up adequately on his buttocks area. Is there any thought of making a XXL for people like my husband who are in need of the comfort of this product, but in a bigger size?

I have incontinence from nerve damage in my neck and back and use these daily now. The fit is great for me (I have a 37" waist# and my wife even comments how she doesn't notice they are an incontinence product even if I just have these and a t-shirt on. In fact, my wife was so impressed she asked me to order the Silhouettes for her for her 'heavy' days. They reduce her cramping a lot. For me, these have made a huge difference in my quality of life since other products were too baggy and could be seen under jeans, and if for some reason the waistband was visible to others #like during lifting or bending to pick something up# it was obvious I was wearing a pull-up. Sometimes I went without protection which meant having urine down my legs and onto my socks or wearing a product I disliked. Also, most other products would leak during a mild stress incontinence episode - which for me was usually when I was working out. I wound up having to wear light absorbency diapers while weightlifting, which meant public gyms were out of the question for me during physical therapy. With the Real Fit underwear, I am much more confident even when wearing snug jeans #since you can't see them# and I don't worry about the waistband being seen. I feel like the product gave me my dignity back. I don't have to wear diapers while lifting weights any more - I wear these now. The leg elastics are unlike other cloth-backed products in that they don't rub my thighs raw during exercise, and this is even after 40 minutes on an elliptical machine or a one hour weightlifting session. One suggestion I do have is that the odor control could use some improvement. I tend to have a very strong smell after wearing these for several hours even if the underwear is mostly dry. I solve this by washing frequently and using an incontinence skincare system as well as using a biological odor eliminator to mist the inside of the underwear before I put them on. Besides for this, I really thank Kimberly-Clark for a great product. Oh...and keep producing the blue color as well - they are great! I wish I could get 12-packs of these or the 56-count bulk packs in blue. Take care, Colin

Looks and feels more like normal underware than previous products. Comfortable and convient. A lot easier to pull down when having to sit on comode than the regular Depends. Would recommend the Depend brand for men or women but I am especially pleased with the Real Fit model for men.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They really do work! I was experiencing an episode of incontinence during nights and decided to give these a go, they are super comfortable and fit nicely. The fabric is soft and not too warm, they even feel like fancy silk undies.

The new version is completely horrible and judging by several other reviews I'm not the only one who's complaining. Ive been purchasing real fits for almost 5 years and not once ever had any major issues but this new version has less padding and leaks everytime not mention the padding comes apart after a short while even when its not wet. For having to pay a dollar per pair for these I would expect better from this company. I'll have to try a different brand now until whoevers making these calls fixes the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These worked great. There was no leakage when my husband used these. They had a good fit no gap at the legs. I think the cooor is a good color for men to have as the option. I would buy in the future.

I received two samples one was s/m and one was l/xl. When I put on the x/l sample the top end tore as I was pulling them up. The part without the padding was not strong enough to pull up. There were no instruction for wearing them. You should warn potential customers. I wore them anyway and they held up as far as water retention but because of the tearing I was very disappointed to say the least
