I have purchased depends before but the cost has be a factor in why I had stopped. If it wasn't for that I would have continued using them since they are a quality product.

As someone who has struggled with moderate to severe incontinence since childhood, I must say that the introduction of Real Fits has been a godsend. Up until now, I have worn both pads and briefs of various brands and I have always had two complaints that this product has taken care of. At 28 years old I have started to have some nocturnal incontinence.
