This was true especially after a heavy void, when the brief wasn't tight against the groin or if the "hose" was not in the center of the pad. Although the smaller size had less wicking, it was obviously tighter and more uncomfortable.

I bought these for my dad who is 5' 7" and weighs 140 lbs, They look good but the L / XL size is quite deceiving and the fit is extremely tight which is quite surprising. He also mentioned that they are rather bulky. They do work well and I think once you get the weight proportions correct, it should be fine. You also need to consider making them for the larger population what about men who weigh 400 pounds?

I was able to sleep soundly and know that I was protected if I couldn’t get to the bathroom in time. I’ve tried other brands that were very uncomfortable and rode up as I slept which woke me up, However these had me sleeping all night :) I have had a few moments where I had bladder leakage and these held strong!
