[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size XL was too small for my boyfriend. He is a 2xl. We reviewed based on design. The design is much more appealing and looks like it would work just as well if not better than the older design. The color and packaging are a good choice.

What is going on! It can not be a difficult job to order enough Depends Real Fits, especially since you have a history of sales. Get with it and start ordering more! They won't go bad. In fact order me two sm/med real fits 56 count, cost around $105.

The Real Fit briefs for men do actually fit very well in the weight and size range specified. They are discrete; slim fitting and quiet. So in terms of comfort, fit and discreetness, I give them a rating of 5. The absorbency was disappointing. Since they have an absorbency rating of "maximum" in the Depend product line, one would expect that they would have above average absorbency. This was not the case. With even mild urinary leakage, the Real Fit briefs leaked through and got my pants wet. The back panel seems to have no or little wetness barrier, so leakage while sitting is inevitable. In spite of the excellent fit of the product, I must give it an overall rating of 1 star because the most important factor to me is leakage protection and discreetness. This product would not boost my confidence in public.

The durability is 100% there, without any worry for tearing or over expansion. These will absorb plenty of fluids without the worry for leakage. If you’re in the market for a solid brief for men these are a great option!

Never thought I would have to use products like these at least not at 27. I was diagnosed with prostatitis which caused me to leak and sometimes have issues while sleeping. This product saved my life when it came to still doing things at work and living life as normal without having to worry about wetting myself and having an embarrassing situation on my hands. I had used Depends shields before for small dribbles and leaks that I have had in the past but using these was a pleasant experience. Thank you Depend for offering a great product and I will continue to use your products because it seems I will be having leakage issues for the foreseeable future but with Depend I never have to change anything about my life or stop what I enjoy doing.

for years we are buying real-fit L-XL, never had problems. the last order however was a mess. over 50% of the underwear was unusable due to the small size. Not sure how that could happen, but there were actually different sizes in the same package. trying now to find a different brand.

Glad that this item was available at such a reasonable price. My dad loves them. He likes the underwear "feel" and "look" of the Depends Real Fit rather than having to use adult diapers. And he likes the fact that they come in two different colors.

These adult briefs were both quick absorbing and able to retain a substantial amount without leakage. My father also liked how they concealed and didn't look like he was wearing a diaper.
