The Depend Real Fit briefs are definitely the most comfortable and discreet product out there. They fit me well, I am a fairly average 25 year old, and they do look a lot like real underwear. For the most part they are very absorbent and prevent accidents from becoming a big deal. However they do leak occasionally around the legs, especially if I have an accident sitting down. This often results in tell tale wet spots on the seat I'm sitting on and the seat of my pants. So although they look realistic and they are comfortable they are only discreet if they actually work. These would be a fantastic product if they had additional leakage protection. Try them, they fit great, they are comfortable and they are discreet. They might work for you.

I dont like tight and non stretchy underwear so these are perfect for me. They fit really nice and if you are just looking for a flexible and comfortable underwear, these are the ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these depends from influenster in exchange for my honest opinion and although they have the comfort and wear down I would love it if they would work on the maximum absorbancy promise that they have on the bag. First and foremost these are probably the most comfortable I've ever felt in any incontinence underwear product that I have ever purchased anchoring this with the easy slide on and slide off of these products and I would give this a 5/5 just based on comfort and ease alone. However it mentions that this product has maximum absorbancy and its great for more lighter leak days but if you have heavier spills and leaks you better hope that you are as close to the bathroom as possible in order to avoid spillage. Now the other positive I will say is that odor reduction perfection you don't smell any leaks or urine scent throughout your usage of this product and I would like to mention how fantastic and comfortable it feels on the skin compared to other incontinence products. all in all, I like everything about this product fit, comfortability, odor protection, and they look great on my only problem is just that maximum absorbancy is a bit of a misnomer for the product. This feels more like a briefs product that has slight spill protection than it does an incontinence product so durable and comfortablejust not leak proof. I'd probably place it in that middle space between brief and depends if that describes it a bit better but my personal opinion its a 3.5/5 I take a bit of points just because the main purpose isn't being fully met.

My Dad was diagnosed with a terminal illness and ended up needing an incontinence product for both bladder and bowel. These pull up just like real underwear and the color is similar to real underwear as well. My patients and my own father experienced shame with incontinence. This product helps promote CONFIDENCE as well as DIGNITY. I have never seen leakage with this product and I highly recommend (as an RN and an affected family member).
