I have been incontinent my entire adult life. I was ecstatic when the real fit came out. I had more confidence than I have in years. I have been having major issues with the new design. It keeps coming apart. It is a real pain in the butt. Trying to change and you have absorbent material falling all over, making a huge mess. So not only do we all on here have the embarrassment of incontinence, we get our noses rubbed into it cleaning up the mess because your product does not stay together. Can you bring back the old design Please!

They're not bulky and the color is a neutral tone that doesn't make them stand out. I definitely recommend them.

I have been wearing the Real Fit large pull ups for a couple of days now. Very nice look and comfortable fit for me. I dribble through the day so these work well for me. At night I flood so these would not work as an overnight diaper. I have to go to more reinforcement, so to speek. If someone is light in wetting through the day, these are for you. Give them a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the depends real fit in a size small for my son as a gift he is autistic and in first grade however he’s a bit bigger than most seven-year-olds so I have to get large sizes. Usually, the kids can see that he’s wearing a pull-up with these they were like underwear they held any leak that he had during the hours of class and they were very comfortable to him Was extremely impressed due to the fact that most depends are either way too big too and just not at all discreet however, these were game changer. I have already purchased more and I do absolutely recommend to keep whomever is feeling confident protected and all around comfortable thumbs up.

I normally wear a diaper to manage my bladder & occ. bowel accidents. But I need something lighter and more flexible for when I exercise. These fit the bill for me since I have less urgency and leak less when I exercise. They look and fit just like real underwear! They hug my body and move with me. They fit well under gym shorts and are not obvious if my shirt rides up, so no one needs to know I need padded underpants. The padding is thin but absorbent. It does swell up quite a bit as it absorbs urine, but it is still pretty discrete even when full. I feel confident they will protect me, so I can focus on staying fit and not worry about leaks.

This product is terrible! I don't know why it has such high reviews. The first day I tried this I thought it would be great. It is comfortable and discreet but... I am a size 27-28 waist, and its just too big and loose. I had a few accidents the first day I wore them out and it held up ok however after my third accident it went downhill. It leaked all over my pants, my shirt and my seat!!!!! I was utterly humiliated and mortified by this! I had to sit in soaking wet,urine covered pants and a soaked seat for nearly an hour before I could change. Then I had to walk by all these people who were staring and obviously noticed. Now I am stuck with an entire box of garbage depends! If you are a moderate or heavy wetter this product is not for you. The back doesn't come up high enough and the sides are very low. Years of bad memories resurfaced after this mishap and I am very very upset! Totally misleading all around

He said that once they were wet the briefs were sort of falling off his hips and he had to continue pulling them up. He said the size he has is a size Lg/Ex Lg. He said if they were a size med or med/lg then he might not have had to keep pulling them up. He said that they are much more comfortable then the briefs that the VA supplies. He would love to be able to try the smaller size and likes the color. He also wants to say thank you for letting him try your product.

I was quite surprised by these new briefs. Normally, I wear Tena when going out anywhere public that I'm not familiar with and Abri-m3's or 4's at bed. This brief fit well, had absorbancy in all the right places, and were discreet. Though, not enough for night time and side sleepers, it still is a good product. I was apprehensive at 1st because Depends briefs are inferior to European brand incontinence products. So, I have to give Depends a thumbs up and overall rating a 9 for quality and meeting the needs of their customers. I also think their current advertising campaign is brilliant and shedding light on a not so great topic people want to talk about, but need to. Now, if they can just make some that are Boxer Short-like......
