The package was well designed and somewhat attractive. I was very impressed with the fit and look of the product. It was very absurbant and held up well to pulling and tugging while getting dressed. This is an excellent product that I intend to purchase and use whenever needed. This is something you can use and not have to worry what someone else might think. It is a very good product that I highly recommend and which I plan to buy and use myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not want to be stopped by Police and be frisked while wearing this product. I would be the laughing stock of the city if anybody saw me wearing these. Why can't they make a pair of these without having the customer look like a baby in diapers? They are not even comfortable. Colors are OK but hardly any options, so why even bother. Package design is great, but then again I don't want to be seen in line at checkout with them. Product is too tight around the privates area making everything seem packed in. I would not wear them again, but nice try anyway.

They are super stretchy and breathable, and they are the closest thing to regular underwear that I've been able to wear for a very long time, and I love the fact that I now have multiple colors to choose from. As far as fit goes they are a major improvement over the previous product that depend offered. Absorbency seems to be the same and seems to be right in line with other products in this catagory. Previously I had been using one of their competitors products, although I would still purchase the Depend products every now and again, but I can tell you that after trying these I will most definitely be switching over to Depend Real Fit for Men. The bottom line is that I am very impressed with these, and I am very thankful that Depend developed a product like these. Thank you Depend!

Each incontinence underwear also absorbs heat and moisture to help keep the skin dry and is designed to adapt comfortably to the body, unlike bulky diapers for adults these have leg elasticity to help prevent leaks and slips against the skin to help prevent irritation.

We use the real fit and flex fit for my 94 year old father. This is a god-send for us. He has been wearing them for over a year now and seems very comfortable in them. One thing I do wish Depend would research is a heavier product for overnight use. Sometimes we do get leakage if he does not get up to go to the bathroom in the night. All in all a great product.
