My headsets usb part was broken accidently by my cat. I placed a claim, within a weeks time after shipping it, they deemed it un-repairable and refunded my purchase. Very happy!

I used it when I had issues with my blender,was refunded the full amount of the blender .would definitely buy the protection plan again if I have to buy once more

will to start off with you have to send a picture of your model number and serial number no problem doing that then you have to file a claim and in the plane you describe your ice maker take pictures of your make and model serial number and describe the problem and then after a period of time they will get back to you okay then they tell you things to try to fix your problem and with no luck there they gave me an option a replacement or I could select other options I just wanted my ice maker so I hit replacement and didn't check out the other options they said we will replace your machine with one like it or we will get one close to it I said okay no problem we're a little later on they sent me an email and wanted to know what kind of ice maker I had so I had to go back through that tell him what to make and model was and then in a little while later they sent me an email that said oh we have found three for you to choose which one you want so I open up their emails and look at each one and I select one and supposedly they will give you tracking information when it ships they never done that with me just a few days later and ice Maker shows up on my front porch so needless to say I will never select an All-State plan like this again in my life I have no clue how many emails that I had to go through to get my ice maker replaced but it was ridiculous
