I ordered this cake online because the baker refused to help me in the store and said that was their new procedure, so of course I had to prepay. I ordered a week in advance and when I showed up the night before my daughter's party to pick up the cake it was horrible! The "baby shark" image is just an edible sticker that they cut or ripped jaggedly down the center and threw on the cake it was very wrinkled and very messy. The Happy Birthday writing I asked for was thick bold writing covering the entire image when the whole full sheet of the cake was blank because the sticker must have only been designed for a half sheet and I ordered a full. I would have known that if a HUMAN would have helped me order it. It took nearly an hour to get customer service to refund me my money because the baker just walked away from me when I tried to ask her about the wrinkles. After all that it was too late to order another custom cake anywhere so I bought a pre-made cake from Vallarta that was a beautiful color that resembled an ocean and put my own baby shark topper on it and it taste delicious btw!
