[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time OLED TV owner and I’m in love with this TV. The picture is sharp, vibrant and the colors just jump off the screen. With my previous TV I had issues with making out details in the dark scenes while watching a movie or TV show. For example, watching Batman or Ozark the screen was essentially just black and I had no idea what was going on. This TV does a much better job in these shows and I have no issues with the brightness, even with my large windows to the side of the TV. This is also one of the first TVs that I have had where I actually like and want to use the built-in apps. The operating system is quick, responsive and easy to use. Audio out of sync

We bought this 55” LG TV in September and have problems with the sync of audio and picture. We have contacted LG many times and have followed all their suggestions to resolve this. Nothing worked. They finally sent a repair person who replaced the master board but the voice is still out of sync. Will never buy an LG TV again
