I tend to double up on the first couple days of my monthly visit (using both tampons and pads, sorry tmi) but, that's how I avoid anything I own getting leaked on. These are great for overnight because they are long, they have wings, and they are more comfortable to sleep in vs some other brands. I'll continue to purchase these, and do recommend them! Especially for overnight protection!

Long enough to prevent any type of leak and wings to further protect your panties as well. These are incredible! One pad will last me all night easily. No getting up to change or adjust etc. I normally use Tampons, but not for overnight purposes. These are the next best thing I'm telling you. Highly recommend these.

Looks like they used frosted plastic wrap around a couple of tissues to make a pad. Spend more effort drawing blue and purple designs on the pad as if the fluid is going to use the design as a traffic signal. I have more fluid on the wings that are supposed to wrap underneath than the actual pad itself from shifting out of place. I know why I stopped using this brand 15 years ago. I purchased these and size 1 no wings that are just as horrible and even thinner. Ridiculously poor quality.

I've worn Always Maxis my ENTIRE life. I took a gamble on these "thin" pads because the maxis were out. They are labeled "overnight," after all. These are by far the worst, most non-absorbent pads I have ever worn. The ones from the dollar store did not have me waking up in a pool of red. If you want to ruin your mattress and sheets, go ahead and order these. If I had flushed my money down the toilet, at least I would have had the satisfaction of knowing my toilet worked. Do not waste your money.

I love that this brand comes in different sizes based on your weight and flow. You wouldn't think that pads being different sized based on how large you are would be revolutionary, but apparently it is because most brands don't do this. As a larger woman, I like this brand more!

They are the perfect length for me, I am a heavyset woman and like the extra protection in the back. They are super thin, but super absorbent. They stick where I want them and stay put even when I am active or moving around a lot at work. They offer great protection against leaks, keep me feeling dry, and odor free. They are super long and super absorbent so it gives me extra coverage. I thought it would feel like wearing a diaper since they're so long but it honestly didnt bother me much. They're comfortable and stick super well. They also stay in place without any bunching. Definitely recommend these!
