Cheese arrived very quickly - and packed well - with ice blocks. Flavor is nice - not too strong. I was able cut it with a cheese (piano) wire - and with the help of my son. It was in my fridge for quite a while before cutting. I would purchase again - as I am pleased with the quality of the cheese.

since I'm the only one in the household I wish it would come in smaller size. I always purhased smaller blocks of pecorino at Sam's. I looked very good yesterday and was extremely disappointed that it was no where to be found. It is one of my favorite cheeses especially for homemade pizza. Please help!
