Even in the bit of a hollow we reside I can grab local TV on all but the worst weather days. Happily having cut the TV cable a couple of years back. LG internet channel line up is very respectable!

We bought this to get the brightest possible picture. The only disadvantage for us is we can't set it to return to a default setting when turned off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great television. The picture is beautiful and the response to changes is very fast. I would have rated the TV a 5 if the user manual was better. The instructions for the remote are seriously lacking detail, and the operator's manual has virtually no instruction on how to configure the TV to how the user wants it: how to access the internet, how to eliminate icons for channels or services the user won't use or doesn't want, and how to rearrange icons so that the user can avoid scrolling through everything to get to the channel watched most frequently. There aren't instructions for how to access the Help page to accomplish the choices outlined above and others.
