I have owned mostly the bargain level Flat Panel TV's since their inception. This is the first higher end screen I have purchased, could not be happier with the product. Easy set-up, great preset options in the settings. Sound quality is very good for a TV, but if you really want depth, invest in some type of inexpensive sound bar. I purchased the LG 7.1 to go with this TV and am very pleased.

Picture quality seems very good. Sound quality seems to vary with no understanding of why. Remote is hard to control and goes into pointer mode uncontrollably. Came with NO printed manual, requested Owner's Manual was provided but was of little use. There are MANY options and alternative menus with this TV but no simple, easy way to see and understand all of them.

When I purchase electronics I always question quality of products. This TV looked like it would be a good TV, but you know how things can look too good to be true. Well this TV not only surpassed my expectations of a TV it also makes my friends and family want to purchase the C2 as well. Great TV with even greater quality. If you want a TV that looks amazing and works well then I'd recommend this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally resolved to replace our faithful, ten-plus-year-old, 42" flat screen that had served us very well. We spent significant time researching the various options available to us and decided on the LG OLED line. Viewing the LG and competitors multiple times in our local store, we eventually made the purchase. In short, the colors and images on this television are vastly superior - especially in 4K shows. We were discovering new details in our favorite shows and movies, even after viewing them numerous times. The sound quality from the standard speakers is terrific as well. If there is a small weak spot, WebOS and the remote - in particular the cursor functionality - did take some getting used to, and still show some minor quirks. Beyond that, we would heartily recommend this TV and the LG brand for other electronics.

Our plasma Tv which we thought had the best picture quality died and then a neighbor suggested we buy the Oled. What a difference!! There is really no comparison between the two. For a few days, I thought all the movies we were watching were shot in high definition video...the picture quality was so clear. The OLED was also easy to interface with our audio receiver, speakers and, of course, Alexa.

I bought my tv 1 month ago and I am super happy with my purchase. Initially, i thought this tv cost way too much but my wife was really excited about how dynamic the colors are. The tv looks so clean and I am so happy with this tv. This tv is also the same width as my iphone which has nothing to do with the picture display, i just thought its cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd time I have purchased this same TV. The picture quality is exceptional, I especially like the deep blacks and vibrant colors. Setup was quick and easy and the operating system is intuitive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the TV for about a month. Most everything is great. The only downside is that sometimes, more often than I like, when using a streaming app it will get stuck buffering and the only way to exit out is to unplug the TV to reset it so I can get back to my homescreen or my Dish connection. There really isn't an easy way to switch inputs.

This is my first OLED TV and you can truly tell the difference! The colors are great and especially outdoor scenes on this tv almost look like they are in 3D! It pays to spend time with all of the many settings to figure out what does you best (especially picture quality and sounded settings)

I was given this TV for Christmas. I have been watching quite a bit of TV since I broke bones in each of my feet and am stuck at home. I love the picture and sound quality. The only issue I have with the TV right now is that it will just shut off on me. I am not sure if it is a setting that I need to change or what to do. It does it at odd times.
