Webos did not install properly with the initial setup. Wi-Fi didn't work. Tried all the fixes outlined on YouTube and they only worked for a short time. Menu would not work or anything else unless I unplugged the set for a minute. Reset to initial settings seem to work and allowed me to update. But only works for a while then unplug for a minute. Purchased an Amazon fire stick and it works without a problem all the time. Picture is very bright and works in my sunny living room with no problem. Colors stand out compared to an LCD tv I have. Picture is good but not great like I expected. LG needs to improve its software. If I didn't have a work around for the Wi-Fi I would return it. Overall a decent tv but overpriced.

We have had the tv for a couple weeks now and the quality is amazing! LG has come pretty far with their quality. Only con I have noticed is the cursor with the remote is a little difficult to use at time. You can still use the left and right buttons though.

Bought less than a month ago to replace a 7 year old wide-bezel big screen. Live the thin bezel and 4k resolution! Setup was pretty seamless, but TV doesn't hold wifi connection well despite having the router in the same room. Sometimes resets back to default on some settings despite remaining plugged in ghe whole time. Perhaps some OpSystem updates are resetting things. Love the TV, hate the built in apps and OS.

I finally decided on the C2 OLED and I wasn't disappointed! The OLED technology is incredible and LG makes the TV super user-friendly. It's advanced settings allow for great optimization depending on the type of movie, show, or time of day you're watching.

We looked for several months!! After looking at all the bands we could really see the difference in picture quality!! Our neighbors came over right after we got it and his wife said I love that T V!! She is right. My step son games on it and it looks like real places and people!!!

I've always had a high end TV as my main TV, so I always have high expectations. The C2 is the best set I've ever owned. It has great color and clarity, and I like the Web OS very much. With a little work, you can easily customize it to operate the way you want. My wife doesn't really care how good the picture is on a TV, but even she was impressed with the picture. Watching football is now addictive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really noticeable difference in my 10-year-old TV compared to this new model. I love the "point and click" mouse type feature on this remote! It doesn't "recognize" my voice however so that's a bummer. Otherwise, a great investment.

I bought the OLED55C2AUA about 3 weeks ago. I found the system pretty easy to set up. It took me a while to get the home page the way I wanted. I was able to adjust the picture the way I wanted. It had most of the streaming services that I use already loaded. I downloaded the user manual, remote manual to my computer for easy use. I looked at a number of Youtube videos to help me with the setup.

The picture was almost similar to the earlier model but the selling point for us on this one C-2 series was the weight half the weight for the earlier model. We were mounting the TV on the wall and it was a breeze for myself and wife to hang this 55inch tv on the wall mount. Showing the picture and explaining the ease of hanging this TV we have convinced others to purchase this model.
