I purchased this TV for my parents and the picture quality and features available on the TV are amazing! The only item of note is the remote control: volume and channel buttons are black and because the remote is also black its very hard to see the +/- or the up/down. Overall, the TV is excellent and therefore I give it 5 stars!

My last LED television was purchased 5 years ago that worked fine, but lacked brightness and true black color. It was definitely time to look at my first OLED set especially considering the amount of gaming and streaming my family does. This television is bright, has amazing colors, and true black color. It is a huge upgrade from the LED tv we have been using as our daily set and I don't miss it. In addition to the amazing quality, it is also easy to use and I really like the remote control. The SMART tv interface is also great too that includes some free LG channels that I have tuned into a few times. Now I just need to figure out how to get my son to use another one of our televisions in the house to play Fortnite! He is also addicted to the high quality brilliant colors on the OLED. I hope to have this television for many years to come!

I've been waiting to get a 4K TV and did a ton of research. OLED is the way to go. It has the best picture quality by a mile of any other TV on the market. After getting the TV watching 4K blue ray movies on it is simply amazing. The color, clarity, and detail you see in the image is simply mind blowing. It looks like 3D it has so much depth in the image. If anyone is looking for a TV that is the best out there get and OLED by LG.

When I saw the Oled TVs in stores it looked so much better than the over TVs. I assumed part was real and part was the fancy loop that was playing that the other TVs didn't have on. I took it home and happily found out I was wrong. My 77 inch Oled looks great on everything. Even looks good on old movies and cheaply made local news shows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and sound are great. I have a problem with losing the WiFi frequently. Sometimes I don't know why. Recently we had a power outage and when the power came back, the Wi-Fi connection was lost. Sometimes Netflix will lose it but the other apps are still connected. Also, I don't see how I can add other apps such as Showtime and Discovery.

Terrific pictures but system doesn't not allow wired headphones and Sonos sounder to play simultaneously; we must use the TV sound when we need the wired headphone. TV does not permit use of sounder beneath the center of the tv so we have moved it to the side. Unfortunate design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this smart TV for the new home we just moved into, & it meets or exceeds every expectation that we had. Crisp picture quality, good sound, & a broad array of pre-loaded streaming apps that are easy to access & use. What a great buy.

This set replaced a 12 year-old plasma. We bought another LG earlier this year for another room. Its been a flawless performer so we decided to stick with LG for our second set. The picture is really vivid, even without an HD package from our cable provider. And the sound is much better than other makers - we don't have to crank the volume up to the high end to hear the program. I don't even want to hear how loud it can get. Haven't been disappointed in LG products yet!

I bought this tv two weeks ago after returning the B2. The B2 just didn't have that pop in color or the instant processing regarding clarity. I would get more macro blocking than I wanted and I know that's more inline with the source but I haven't seen that on this tv and it's been going two weeks strong. Right out of the box there's very little tuning to do. There are plenty of google videos regarding that. Excellent so far.

I've been using LCD tv's for years… and they work great - no doubt. But once you experience an OLED viewing experience, it will reset the bar for which all other flat screen TV's are judged. Perfect black levels, brighter colors, no backlight bleeding, no backlight blooming. Burn in is the only concern I have with OLED, but I trust LG more than other brands since they actually make the panels used in this TV and many other brands. They have multiple mitigation features built in to ensure burn in doesn't occur, and all of them operate automatically.
