I have had the tv for a couple weeks and we have had a few problems with the wifi randomly failing. When it does we have to unplug the tv cuss for about 10 seconds then plug the tv back in and it works great for a few days. Going to try and connect it using a network cable to see if this fixes my problems.

The only problems so far are somewhat spotty Airplay (streaming from Android phones has been perfect though) and I can't get Google nest hubs to see it on my network 99% of the time

I bought this tv almost a month ago and I'm in love with it. It has the best picture and sound quality and I specially love its air mouse/cursor feature. The home screen layout is also so nice. I can go between my apps so easily. I cant stay even a single day without watching any of my favorite shows on it.

I bought my LG OLED a month ago and was glad I decided to upgrade from a standard LED. The colors are so bright and crisp - no blending. The sound is so clear. The plug and play made it very easy to set up and the remote although different from my last one was easy to figure out. The one thing that I was disappointed in was that nearly all new televisions come with dual voltage, and I assumed this would, but it does not. This is only reason I dropped the overall rating from very good to good. I like the customer care process, enabling you to find an answer to your question.

This is the best looking tv that I've ever had. It's got every feature available for movies as well as gaming. Added benefit of being amazing light tv for a 77 inch tv. I've got it in my family room with sliding glass doors . It's a pretty bright room . The LG 77 inch C2 is plenty bright enough for my room.

I really like the picture and sound quality of this TV/Monitor. I like all the features it has to offer, but there's just one thing that seems annoying. Every few hours or so a message keeps coming up that want me to turn off the display to restore the LED picture quality, which it says it will take about 5 minutes to do so. This should be automatic whenever needed and the display is sleep or turned off. Also, another annoying thing is that I always have to select the last used input before I get picture from that input. This should also be automatic, and it should go to the last input mode. I always have to reselect the input.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this TV 3 weeks ago. After watching some online videos for setting up, I believe I have the perfect picture. The 4K UHD from my PS5 is stunning. No lag, picture is bright and sharp. My old TV would still light the room during all black scenes. When a dark scene comes on now my room is pitch black. I had to add some floor lighting on the electrical outlets so we can see. Absolutely amazing! Just need to get my Dolby Atmos set-up and I'll never need to go back to a movie theater. Sorry, not sorry AMC!

I purchased my LG based on several professional reviews, and they were right, the picture is awesome. Unfortunately the sound quality is terrible and I will have to invest in a soundbar. Another problem is an annoying arrow That just floats across the screen, when I go to change a channel.

I bought the OLED55C2AUA about 3 weeks ago. I found the system pretty easy to set up. It took me a while to get the home page the way I wanted. I was able to adjust the picture the way I wanted. It had most of the streaming services that I use already loaded. I downloaded the user manual, remote manual to my computer for easy use. I looked at a number of Youtube videos to help me with the setup.

I love the picture and ease of use for the smart tv functions, but the granular settings seem to be less robust that my 5-year old B7 model. Occasionally there will be signal issues with my Xbox Series X which appear to be originating from the Xbox, but everything else has been exactly what I wanted.
