We had this TV professionally installed and it produces the best picture on the market. Unfortunately, we have one small problem that faces those who want excellent sound to match the picture. You cannot use a soundbar and a blue tooth hearing aid transmitter at the same time. The lack of an analog output and the restriction of having to use the internal TV speaker only if using the digital/optical output for hearing aids is a problem. For the amount of money this TV costs one would think there would be more options than this for those who need both. Those owners who want quality sound while accommodating viewers who need hearing aids to understand voice dialogue at the same time.

Picture quality seems very good. Sound quality seems to vary with no understanding of why. Remote is hard to control and goes into pointer mode uncontrollably. Came with NO printed manual, requested Owner's Manual was provided but was of little use. There are MANY options and alternative menus with this TV but no simple, easy way to see and understand all of them.

Best picture I've ever seen. The big problem is the wi-fi drops at least once a day. This is better than the once an hour after working with LG support and changing the DNS server address and well as some locations service reboots. Ultimately it's either a faulty chip or a firmware issue. The router is 3 ft from the TV. I bought a LG UQ8000 the same day and it is 30ft from the router and has never dropped connection once and it uses the default setting that came with the TV. This one might be going back if I don't get a fix soon. Without the drops this TV is 5 stars, but having to reconnect the TV in the middle of watch a movie or TV show is a non starter, especially if you mainly stream TV like me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent picture quality. UHD/4K great, upscales well from HD. Built-in speakers okay, but external sound bar better. Amazon Prime, Netflix, and HBO Max apps work well. Works well with Bluetooth headphones, but defaults back to built-in speakers when the headphones are disconnected instead of to the HDMI/ARC sound bar (other TV brand I tried works the same way). Still getting used to the remote. Only smart feature I use is automatic selection of picture mode based on content. Adjusting settings and accessing apps easier than other brand I tried. Overall, very happy with TV and would definitely recommend.

The intensity of color and sharpness is clear and lifelike. I would recommend this TV to anyone who is looking for a TV with excellent quality picture, Easy to use Smart Features and good quality sound.

I am still trying to get a picture worthy of this device. My experience is that any shot of daylight is extremely bright and washes out the other components on the screen. I dialed down the contrast and brightness and that helped, a little. Unless I watch in "vivid" mode colors seem drab and almost sepia toned in some movies. I haven't messed with the color saturation yet, that's next. the sound is really good. I like that the remote has a cursor, it's a bit unwieldy for me but that is more user error than device short coming.

This is our third OLED TV from LG and LG has knocked it out of the park again with this model. It's amazing to see how they have continued to improve over the years. This purchases passes all stress tests with ease, gaming is amazing, and we are blown away with brightness improvements.

picture quality id excellent but ti was better in the store. Don't know what the store does different for a tv signal. Sports ore excellent. Still learning to set up the remote to work with the cable box. Only real complaint is the Lifetime channel. Reds shake back and forth. Anything red vibrates which is very distracting. I would imagine LG has a solution.

Nice tv and great picture and features. I like the magic wand remote which works basically like a wireless mouse pointer. Easy to wall mount at slightly over 50 lbs. With 2 people. Sound quality from built-in speakers is fairly decent but not awesome. I would have liked a few more HDMI 2.1 inputs instead of just four.

I purchased the new LG C2 OLED 77” TV to replace a 8 year old Vizio 70”, I am extremely happy with my purchase, best TV I've ever had, the setup was simple & the picture is absolutely the clearest & brightest colors available that I've seen for this price, the smart remote makes operation a breeze.
