Really good

Great flavor, very authentic, better than others I've tried. Other reviews mention a bad smell and strong flavor, but they perhaps haven't dealt with panela before. Please be aware this is a fresh cheese and will go bad if not consumed quickly (I'd say max a week if stored correctly). It's best to store in a sealed container in the fridge. You can wash it, dry it with a paper towel, and drain any whey to help it last longer too.

Used to be the best frying cheese. Now it becomes mushy when frying it. This is my last cheese from Wisconsin. Quality plummeted. So sad.

I am highly disappointed with this product. It was extremely bad. I ended tossing it. Do not waste your money.
