24 hours after calling customer support I still don't have an answer on why a couple of the part don't fit. Not going to be a very good Christmas present since it can't be put together.

This is a great trampoline, it's a nice size. I put it together by myself with little assistance from my 11 year old so it's pretty easy to assemble although the instructions are not the best. I used an assemble video on YouTube. My trampoline does not have loops on it for the LED lights so I need to find another way to keep the lights on it. That's my only disappointment, other than that this trampoline is perfect.

After only using the battery pack about 5 times at most they no longer work. We've had the trampoline for 6 weeks. We also unplug and bring the battery pack in after each use so no elements have ruined it. Super disappointed with this purchase now.

Have only had a month and 3 poles have broken.
