This company does not have a customer service number. I’ve emailed them over 20 times with out a proper response. Once you buy their product you are stuck with it even if you return the item you bought it for. So there goes $35.00 down the drain. And Sam’s Club will not do anything to help me with this. Ridiculous!

I purchased a protection plan for the two tables I purchase for accident drop and now when I file a claim they tell me they are not protected.

All state plans from Sam's club don't cover drop/spill/accidental damage. They do cover these type of damages if you purchase it from Walmart.
