I bought this box spring for our guest bedroom. We replaced an old, sagging mattress with a new memory foam mattress but kept the old box spring. We soon discovered it was the old box spring that was contributing to sagging from the new mattress, as well. It was also very creaky whenever anyone sat on the bed or turned over. After replacing it with this one, we could immediately tell a difference by just sitting on the bed! I slept on it for a few nights and couldn't believe how comfortable and totally quiet the whole bed was! It is now properly supported and exactly what we needed. The box spring arrived in a box and only took about 15 minutes to put together. With the popularity of foam mattresses, it's great that Sam's offers a quality box "spring" foundation to go with them.

I did not read the fine print when ordering this and wasn't aware until we received it that we had to assemble it. I left it in the box for DAYS thinking it would be hard to do. When I opened it finally, and put it together, I realized this was a quality product and very easy to assemble. Took me about 30 minutes start to finish and I even read the directions!! Probably better than a standard foundation you would buy in a major furniture store!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I've had this boxspring for a couple weeks and I'm completely satisfied with it. I'm using it to support my sleep number bed which requires a solid foundation. This boxspring meets those requirements nicely. I was surprised when it arrived in a 6 inch by 6 inch by 6 foot box. Some assembly is required, however it is very easy. It took me about 10 to 15 minutes to put it together. You simply need the space to lay it out to assemble. Once together it is quite sturdy.

Bought bed frame several weeks ago and very happy with product. It is sturdy, well built and easy to assemble and it arrived within a couple of days! And the frame does come with a nice zippered white and grey cover.

I was afraid of how difficult it will be to assemble but to my awesome surprise it was SO EASY! I am alone and a 55 yr old woman so if I could put it together anyone can!

I assembled the metal framework easily. The structural quality was good and the mattress was supported well. There are no springs but it serves the purpose. It is more a platform than a box spring.

Turned out ok, but the assembly was difficult because the pre-drilled holes didn’t line up. It should have been easy, but some hammering and some cursing were required.

This box spring comes in a small box. You have to piece it together. We picked it up and set it on the King frame, set the king mattress over it and the wooden planks broke! While 4 of them broke it also tore our nice mattress! So upset! Do not buy this cheap thing! Get something already put together!

It doesn’t tell you that this is not a box spring mattress- its a do-it-yourself build-your-own box spring kit. Metal frame, not wood, i was so disgusted. I might have felt differently it it had said “assembly required”. Chances are i just would not have bought it.

Shoddy construction and frustrating to put together. Holes were drilled wrong and didn’t line up. My husband was SO close to returning it, but we had guests coming and didn’t have the time to find another box spring.
