I got the chips, but the box had no packing material, so the chips got knocked around during shipping.

The only way you can buy a bag that isn't already broken into crumbs is to get there before they put them on the shelf. The just crammed them on the shelf, breaking the whole bag. So much for good chips. The lays brand is good, but the handling is terrible. I would like to eat whole chips for a change instead of crumbs.
