The skin on them is weird, the texture of the sausage is just ok, the taste isn't that great either but they are cheap. The skin doesn't crisp up it just breaks, there are better options than this red hot look alike which is what I hoped they were when I bought them.

These are the best sausage ever, reminds me of my grandmother's Saturday morning breakfast!!
