The outside is clear so you can see inside and see what it takes to make the toothbrush work. The on/off button is easy for my son operate by himself. The brush is gentle enough for a little mouth but is powerful enough to leave his teeth so clean. He actually enjoys brushing his teeth with this brush. He is happy to brush his teeth and I am happy at how well the Spinbrush works to clean his teeth!

The two things I like most about it are: 1) it's got soft bristles so it doesn't irritate his gums and really gets between his teeth and 2) it's got the ADA seal of approval. Whenever I see that seal on a product it's reassuring because I know it's been thoroughly tested and is safe to use.
