I can’t believe you can’t replace the brush head on this brush. I would never have purchased this if I realized that. I find this brand’s marketing deliberately misleading. Aside from that, the brush says it is for ages 3+ but the brush head was too large and the handle too heavy for my 5.5 year old to navigate well.

Stops working regularly, despite constantly replacing batteries. I have 4 of these and they all do the same thing. They also stop spinning with the slightest pressure. Only work on front teeth when minimal pressure is applied. The force of the cheek alone on the back teeth stop the head from spinning. Still trying to figure out which replacement head to buy for the children's model. The website doesn't make it easy.

We bought the toothbrush in December, and by January it had stopped working. Bought new batteries, and it continued not to work. So we got a new one in January, and in May (5 months later), again, stopped working. Tried several different batteries and it won't work. Disappointed we went through 2 in 6 months and are left with no working toothbrushes.

Good quality, not too loud or powerful for little ones.

These are powerless, compared to in previous years and that's a shame. I realize for kids, you need to be careful not to be too powerful but when pushed up agaibst teeth, they stop altogether and it's frustrating when I'm brushing kids teeth.
