My son got this brush for Christmas and it will not work. I have changed the battery and made sure it is making a connection after replacing the cover and the screw.

I bought this a couple of months ago for my kids and they love the spin action and the different character brushes!! This has been a great way to promote good dental hygiene for my children while they have fun using it!!!

It is pretty irresponsible for a company to produce a battery operated toothbrush without a top replacement. We bought it without realizing you can't change the top. Consumer be aware. This product is simply wasteful.
