Unable to change the batteries. The screw is tightened so hard you can't unscrew to change the batteries and the little red bottom can't open or pull open

Kids spin brushes aren't water tight. Mold quickly grows inside the head and neck and is impossible to fully clean! Will not buy again. (Did not receive a free product)

I always buy my kids the Spin Brush once a month. It really cleans their teeth and I would never switch to a different brand. My dentist also agrees that it is the best kind to use.
