Bought this toothbrush today and the brush isn’t rotating not left or right it just vibrates in place and is making a high pitched noise when it is on. We were really excited to try this.

We bought this not realizing you can't replace the tops. It's insanely wasteful. We will be switching to a brand with replaceable tops, of which there are many.
