New Leaky Cruisers Disappoint

I have been using Pampers since birth for my 13 mo daughter. I love them, in general. We began with swaddlers, and now are on cruisers with baby dry at night. However, I recently bought more cruisers, and noticed they were different. The first time we used them, we went on a mere 1 hr car ride and my daughter's front was soaked! Thank goodness we brought a change of clothes! They don't seem to have as much absorbent material up the back which, I guess, is why they leaked. Very disappointing.

I’m sorry these diapers seemed to have less absorbent area than usual. Less absorbency isn’t something we want or expect you to be experiencing. We appreciate that you’ve used our diapers for over a year and I’d like to help further with this. When you have a moment, please give us a call at 1-855-236-3353. Tracy at Pampers

We love Cruisers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 1 year old is just starting to toddle around and crawls around super fast. Pampers Cruisers allow him the freedom to move the way his little body wants to move and doesn't hold him back from where he wants to go. They are soft, comfortable and super absorbent! We've been loyal Pampers customers since 2012 and will not use any other brand!

Size 3: so-so

Decided to try the Cruisers as he's crawling and the Baby Dry diapers don't fit as well at the hips. The fit is beautiful however the absorbency seems much more limited than the baby dry and he was wet in the mornings for the first time in months. Sticking with baby dry- they just work better and you get more for the same cost. Bummed!

I’m sorry you weren’t receiving the absorbency your son needs with the Cruisers you purchased. Since these should have even more coverage than our Baby-Dry diapers, this is disappointing to hear. Sometimes babies can outgrow the absorbency of their current size before outgrowing the fit and it may be helpful, especially at nighttime, to try a size 4. We’d love to discuss this with you and offer more help. If you have a moment, feel free to call us at 1-855-236-3353.~Brittany at Pampers

Best diapers ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These diapers are amazing and I am so satisfied with the quality and absorbency of them. The only downfall is my son is larger for his age so he is in size 6 at 2 years old and as you go up sizes the boxes get smaller and smaller with the amount of diapers you get for your money which I don't see being fair at all. You only get 84 in a pack and think they could at least provide 100 for a size 6, it is frustrating buying a box less than a month span at times.

Switching Brands

I used Pampers products with my first son who is 10 years old now. Now I have a 4 month old and naturally picked up the Pampers brand again. We have been in Swaddlers since day one. We had boxes and boxes of Swaddlers Newborn, 1's and 2's, and countless packages of wipes. I love the net lining that was in the pampers, LOVED the wetness indicator and loved the soft feel of the diaper itself. Someone gave me a gift box of the Baby Dry and they were so paper thin and cheap feeling to me that I gave the entire 200 count box away after using only three of the diapers vowing to never purchase Baby Dry again. Now my 4 month old is between sizes so I recently purchased the Cruisers in a size 3 only to discover that the Cruisers have that same cheap paper feel to them as the Baby Dry diapers, no net lining and NO wetness indicator. Why were these features taken away???? Great for me I only purchsed a small package to try. I will miss the Swaddlers. I will continue to squeeze my baby into the Swaddlers 2 until I can no longer fasten them around his belly. Afterwards, I will regretfully be switching to Huggies until Pampers decides to come out with a better product keeping in mind that all babies that need a size 3 are not "cruising" at the same time. And bring back the wetness indicator line!

We appreciate your loyalty to Pampers over the years and I'm sorry you are disappointed with the differences between the Swaddlers, Cruisers and Baby Dry. At this time the Swaddlers only have the wetness indicatior, but I'm sharing your experience with the rest of our team. Also, we have info on all of our products at this link: http://www.pampers.com/en_US/diapers- If you still have further questions or concerns, please give us a call at (800) 726-7377.

Pampers are for my family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my first daughter was born and I received numerous brands of free diapers, I quickly realized Pampers were the only ones that didn't leak, didn't fall off and were the softest on skin. For my next three children, anytime I received a box or bag of another brand, I would keep it to give away as I feel that strongly that Pampers are the top diaper brand. I didn't give it a 5 because even with coupons, it still is expensive.

On the Run

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switched over to Cruisers from Swaddlers once my nephew started moving on his feet. The fit and absorbency are good, and the Sesame Street designs are cute and functional (point and name characters, colors, letters).

The New Soft-swaddler-crusier IS TERRIBLE!!

I have been using pampers since my son was a newborn and I loved them! But I really HATE (and I do mean hate which is not a word I like to use a lot) these NEW CRUISERS. My son is 9 months and he is a real explorer he is always moving all over the place and these diapers do NOT protect against leaks at all. The new material is way too soft and not durable at all against his dirty diapers! We still have a lot of the older version diapers (the style right before this swaddler-soft-cruiser one) and I love them!!! But when I am all out I do not know what I am going to do. We have had A LOT of blowouts and ruined outfits with this new cruiser!! I really hope they realize that babies this age need durable protection against leaks and the super softness is not as important like when they were newborns!!! I do not even want to use the rest of the diapers I have in this brand new pack! That is how awful they are!!! BUT I DO LOVE PAMPERS AND LOVED THE OLD ONES!!! PLEASE GO BACK TO THOSE!!!! THE NEW 3-WAY-FIT IS ALSO AWESOME!!! JUST NOT THE MATERIAL NOT STRONG ENOUGH!!

I'm sorry the cruisers you purchased didn't meet your expectations. Since you're just starting to use our newest diaper and the leaks started at the same time, it's normal to question whether the changes we've made affected the diaper's absorbency. However, we'd expect you to get the same great absorbency you've had in the past. It may help to know the sizes and weights we put on our packages are there to help you gauge the best size to use for your baby. But there's a cross-over period for weight and absorbency needs that's different for each child. If your baby needs extra absorbency, it might be a good idea to try the next larger size. As sizes get larger, absorbency increases. Hope this helps!

Super diapers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Huggies, and even pampers swaddlers and baby dry and finally I stuck with cruisers because they fit better and are super absorbent. My baby's diaper will last the whole night without leaking and they are gentle on her delicate skin to. I've been using them with my babies for a combined 6 years and we'll keep using them until the last one is potty trained. I'm very happy we have perfect match with pampers.

Excellent Diaper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cruisers are the best at preventing leaks. Even on those occasions when the diaper gets really wet, they really hold remarkably well. I used other diapers at different times, and nothing quite compares to the Cruisers.
