Not fresh, felt slimy. Purchased 2 one was fine. The other tasted.old.

great for gumbo , beans, and jambalaya

I purchased this sausage Friday for a boil. This is by far the worst sausage that I have purchased from Sams.

Too fatty! Very thick skin

Richard’s is a brand I trust to be high quality, clean, low carbohydrates which means, no unnecessary grain fillers..!!..
Always tastes the same… I use it in various dishes, even make spaghetti and sausage instead of meatballs…. Try it, you’ll like it.
