[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Pepperidge Farm Swirl Cinnamon Breakfast Bread for free, and for one, I have to say, I love it. On one note, I actually don't like cinnamon baked goods as much. I don't like cinnamon rolls. However, this is decently good, but it's not entirely my go-to for breakfast. When toasting a slice up, it confused me because the bread was just getting browner and hotter, but it was still soft. Until I left it to cool down, and then it was toast. I recommend toasting, letting it cool, and then spreading cream cheese on top.

However, for my personal preference, I found it a bit mild. I would have preferred a slightly sweeter taste. Great bread, just not as sweet as I expected!

Other mornings I made it like you would make cinnamon toast with butter, sugar, and a sprinkle of extra cinnamon. I also made French toast with it and it turned out absolutely delicious. This bread was soft and moist and smelled wonderful no matter how I chose to eat it!

The only reason why there was four stars instead of 5 - was because cinnamon isn't my favorite flavor of this brand. I prefer the raisin one or the many other flavors like the strawberry, or the lemon blueberry. I'm ok with cinnamon - just prefer the other flavors. The bread is very aromatic, and when toasted it's flavorable - and the swirl is apparent throughout the bread. It's really easy to take out of the package (which is wrapped in cellophane inside the bag, for great freshness!) because it comes pre-sliced. I usually love to eat my breakfast bread with fruit like grapes, oranges or mangoes, or I'll sometimes change it up with oatmeal, cottage cheese or something. Overall, the flavor is robust if you really like cinnamon. Cinnamon flavor isn't my favorite in general - not because of this brand. I've been buying Pepperidge Farm Swirl Breakfast Breads for years and I have a few preferences

The swirls are sweet with brown sugar and the texture is soft. We like making French toast with this and it's a total hit for all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cinnamon swirl bread is soft with a large amount of cinnamon in each slice. It toasts well, and stays soft while warm unlike many other breads. The bread is full of cinnamon flavor and has a light chewy texture that is very satisfying when eaten right after toasting. I would definitely rebuy this bread.

My young child also loves having a slice of Pepperidge Farms cinnamon swirl bread toasted up for breakfast. It taste amazing as is, but as my little one will tell you…butter makes everything better! Will definitely buy this again and again. It also freezes well and is easy to pull out and toss in the toaster oven-making things even easier.
