It's disposable and convenient to bring it on the go and while traveling. It the right product thank to Depends that provide me confidence and peace of mind when it comes to leak protection. I personally like this briefs because it's hyper-allergenic, it fits snugly and has a secure leaking protection against my urinary inconsistency. It fits over my briefs and it's just as comfortable as an underwear. I highly recommend the Depends real fit briefs to men who is looking for a leak protection and long lasting protection.

I used to LOVE the Depend Underwear. They changed my life, giving me back the confidence to go out an do things where I can't instantly find a bathroom (or at least a bush). I could have been a corporate salesperson for them. I just tried the newest version of the RealFit underwear, as I am tired of having to mail-order what I need from overseas. These look great, they fit great--I must say they get an A+ for that. It is amazing how comfortable they are for me, both physically and mentally. But they don't work at all for even the tiniest amount of fecal incontinence, not even 3ml of what is basically water. And this is the problem I have. The pad has been moved so far up and the product so optimized for males with urinary incontinence that it is now worthless for everything else. I tried all variations of the product in all sizes. Being a scientist, I even cut them apart and compared the pads; turns out that all the men's underwear products use the identical absorbent pad. I give them a 4 star rating for because they fit so well and I imagine they work well for LIGHT urinary incontinence. I ended up with a NASTY urinary/prostate infection and while driving, I instantly had an near-uncontrollable, painful need to urinate. I was driving around in a panic trying to find a public restroom (naturally this all happened in a city dense residential area) and since I was wearing these, I finally had to let some of the urine out (less than 100ml/3oz) just to see if it would let the pressure off long enough for me to find something. But it leaked all over me and my pants. It was fortunate I had leather seats, but I still had to drive home and change. If you slowly leak or dribble urine, and want something as close to underwear as possible, please try these. For anything else, I can't recommend them.

I absolutely enjoy using this product! The fit and look allow me to feel that I am wearing regular underwear. The absorbency has saved me from embarrassing situations on numerous occasions. I highly recommend an value this product. My only request is that you bring back the blue color underpants

This product is terrible! I don't know why it has such high reviews. The first day I tried this I thought it would be great. It is comfortable and discreet but... I am a size 27-28 waist, and its just too big and loose. I had a few accidents the first day I wore them out and it held up ok however after my third accident it went downhill. It leaked all over my pants, my shirt and my seat!!!!! I was utterly humiliated and mortified by this! I had to sit in soaking wet,urine covered pants and a soaked seat for nearly an hour before I could change. Then I had to walk by all these people who were staring and obviously noticed. Now I am stuck with an entire box of garbage depends! If you are a moderate or heavy wetter this product is not for you. The back doesn't come up high enough and the sides are very low. Years of bad memories resurfaced after this mishap and I am very very upset! Totally misleading all around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the sizing chart and ordered accordingly , the fit was perfect. They stretch enough to be comfortable and work very well with no leakage. The padding is nice in both sides for those that need that. May be a little on the expensive side but worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Underwear with the protection of a diaper, crazy stuff but I tested one of the pair with some water and it was absorbed before it could leak past the underwear. It has a pleasant smell when first removed from the pack and when testing the elasticity, it felt extremely strong. I have no doubts that it can last a very long time before needing to be either replaced or thrown away. Based on the design, it does look like it is meant to be used as regular underwear until you deal with an accidental number one or two - this I haven’t tested but based on the water test, it does seem like it would prevent any damage to pants or anything you may be wearing underneath the Depend underwear. The only reason it doesn’t receive a 5 is because I am a little heavier, and they felt a little tight based on the sizing, but overall comfortable.
