[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need to wear these at age 31 due to bladder control issues. These are very comfortable, soft and most of the time I forget I'm wearing them. They hide under my jeans very well and hold up to my very active lifestyle. These are the best incontience underwear I've worn. They absorb every drip, trickel, surge and even when I can't make it to the bathroom and loose complete bladder control. They do need to be immediately changed after a larger accident but they still feel pretty dry even when soaked. They do OK on oder control. Nothing can completely hide the smell of urine. The real fit underwear has given me my life back. I do everything else other 30 year old guys do, I just need some protection. My confidence has skyrocketed since I started wearing these.

Feels and looks just like I'm wearing underwear. I definitely loved these and will be switching from my current ones. I would highly recommend these!

I wanted to try this version of Depend Briefs for my Father, who suffers from health Issues and and not able to go to the bathroom like a normal most times. They feel as though their quite comfortable and won't chafe or Irritate the skin as some brands tend to do. Their easy to put on my Father for him to wear and he hasn't complained about any problems from wearing the briefs. The absorbency of these briefs are unreal! Not once, while my Father has worn these, has their been any leaks and not even a smell of any odors. I was Impressed with this as this has been Issue with some other brands I tried that turned out not being sturdy enough or would easily reek with odor. He really seems to like these particular briefs for the comfort and I like them for the benefits they provide. Thank you Depend for making a dependable product.

Hallelujah!!! Someone finally got it right !!! They fit perfect, they hug your form yet stretch to your movements. I am 84 and a heavy leaker at times so if I am going out for the day I put a guard pad inside so if I fill it up I can remove it and continue with the briefs alone. I have always had trouble finding cotton briefs that fit well and didn't sag after a couple of hours, these fit perfect start to finish! Thanks!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very pleased and quite surprised when my Real Fit Brief Sample arrived. I had been using the Depend Guards and was pleased. All of the male underwear I had tried was more like a child's diaper and was uncomfortable. Depend looks like ordinary underwear, has a well fitting waistband, snug in the legs and very comfortable. After my prostate operation the Doctor told me to expect leakage and loss of control. It was more than he said, it was a real issue. The Depend Guards work well but the Real Fit Briefs are a joy to wear. I might rotate between Real Fit Briefs and Depend Guards but the jury is still out. The sample got me to purchase a 19 pair package and I'm still testing and still enjoying. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs the protection and wants the comfort.

Sitting in a diaper is rough especially since I'm disabled, but its more rough then I had thought. I'm 28 and I have been wearing protection since last year even though though these diapers work the leg cuffs twist every time I wear these. Please fix this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these for my pops, and he had nothing but good things to say. Fit was on point—felt like he wasn’t even wearing nothing. Absorbency was solid, no leaks at all. No odor, no rips, no tears, and they held up even when wet.

Since these Briefs came out I was stuck wearing the white super-wide elastic pull up with a large pad sewn in the middle, it was never comfortable, I hated wearing them, the only other choice I had was the old fashioned brief with tape tab on the sides, you could never get them just right. Once I put them on I felt comfortable and confidant, I felt I could leave the house and not feel self conscious about trying to be discreet about the fit and I felt good about wearing them, I felt like I got to wear underwear again. One more thing I have to say is I don't feel embarrassed getting dressed in front of my Wife and Daddy wears briefs and not diapers anymore. So Thank You for giving a part of my life back!
