I have bladder leakage problems and use shields most of the time, but occasionally use the underwear. These fit very well and weren't noticeable through my pants. They weren't noisy and felt like real underwear. They worked well. They absorbed jrj edges leakage very well and didn't make me feel wet. They kept me dry and comfortable. I was able to wear a pair for a half day and then one more for the second half of the day and overnight. I had no leakage and they allowed me to go about my day confidently.

On a recent road trip I was wearing my Depends as I usually do on long car trips not knowing when the next bathroom will be. After an hour of driving with friends I had to urinate and we were still miles from stopping so I relaxed and let go. When we finally arrived and stopped I noticed I had wet pants! Successfully hiding my wet crotch and heading to the men's room I noticed that the Depends caught most of the urine but not all. It appears in the sitting position the elastic around the legs relaxes and gaps allowing mine to leak. However, when standing, as I used Depends at an air show, and urinated in them there was no problem. The Depends caught all of the urine and kept me dry and even comfortable. The absorbent material is very effective when standing.

They are super stretchy and breathable, and they are the closest thing to regular underwear that I've been able to wear for a very long time, and I love the fact that I now have multiple colors to choose from. As far as fit goes they are a major improvement over the previous product that depend offered. Absorbency seems to be the same and seems to be right in line with other products in this catagory. Previously I had been using one of their competitors products, although I would still purchase the Depend products every now and again, but I can tell you that after trying these I will most definitely be switching over to Depend Real Fit for Men.
