Overall, I'm glad that it doesn't look like I'm wearing Adult underwear. I started off with the pads, which were OK at 1st, but lacked the coverage I needed for all accident situations. So far it's been Great, no issues, no accidents.

The new Real Fit product is great. I have been using Depend Maximum underwear for men but I find that the Real Fit is more comfortable and a pleasure to wear. This is the only disposable underwear I will purchase going forward.
