Not briefs, adult diapers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit and comfort are likely good. I am sure absorbency and odor control are fine as well but I thought these were normal briefs so I do not have much use for them unfortunately.

real fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I USE THE S/M SIZE NW, I HAVE TRIED OTHER BRANDS BUT SOME LEAKED,SOME WERE SO LOSE THAT MY BALLS WOULD COME OUT ON THE SIDES. THESE REAL FIT BRANDS DO FIT GREAT AND THEY KEPT MY BALLS IN PLACE.

Great Fit

I've been wearing Real Fit Briefs for years. Back then gray was the only color. Really like the colors they come in now. They fit perfectly and look like regular briefs. This product makes being incontinent tolerable.

Worked well

Great underwear’s!
