Grandpa won't wear diaper looking undergarments, and he is wheelchair bound so he does not always make the restroom. He will wear these, because they look more like underwear, that is why the 5 start rating.

I have been trying the different kinds of Depend and find that the Real Fit do not slip down when sitting and standing. I don't have to stop and pull them back up into place when walking or doing exercise.

Really enjoy these because they fit great and do the job. I have been wearing different types of depends and they would leak. Theses keep everything contained.

I use these new ones for my father and they fit him more comfortably. Work well. Will keep getting these to make him more comfy wearing them. Not nearly as bulky.
