Bought these for my dad to wear for the night, did not like them at all, he trusted these as first time wearing adult diapers he did not know if it was going to absorb but eventually it did not, I had to buy another mattress topper. I will get more prepared with not just adult diapers but with other things as well. Two stars only great fit. Bought size M my dad is W34.

Less protection and worse, you have added chaffing discomfort to my already difficult life. I loved the old “Real Fit”—they felt like wearing a comfy pair of boxer briefs. This “new” design is not worth the money, very uncomfortable and I am bummed I no longer have the comfortable old ones that felt like I was wearing the boxer briefs I have worn my whole life. Not sure why you would change what WAS a great product?!? Please bring the old design back as now I need to resort to other generics which are not the perfect product that the older Real Fit USED TO BE!

Happy I am able to travel, go out with friends, golf and fish without the worry of, will I leak through my pants. Comfortable to wear, (but seem a little warm with summer here). Have tried wearing less expensive competition, but not afforded the comfort and protection of Depends. Thank you for the free samples and coupons.

The box is nice, you can keep your underwears in them, I prefer this packaging over the plastic bag packaging it's much easier to deal with. Love these underwears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of the product makes it feel like regular underwear.The inside pad is long and covers a wider area so you don't leak onto your clothes.They are comfortable to wear.The package design is full of information like,size,maximum absorbency,''now more breathable'',it come in 3 colors like regular underwear.These briefs have elastic to prevent leaks around the legs..It allows to lock in odor.I wouldn't be afraid to carry this to the checkstand in a retailer.THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT i HAD WAS THE FIT IN MY HIPS.They had a tendency to slip down.I don't know how to counter this problem.I also am use to using male guards as my regular product.

These really do look, fit, and feel like real underwear. They are so discrete, and yet they are amazingly absorbent. I forget that I'm wearing them and can go about my day with complete confidence. It feels like a long search for the perfect product is finally over!
