They leak!!! The things leak, and it's insane that they have such a flaw in the design. You can pour a cup of water in these things and they will absorb, but some how there's liquid being squeezed out when you walk or something, Im young relatively and have had surge incontinence for some time, I'm also a construction worker and I can't tell you a time I didn't end up wet while wearing them. Total waste of money!!!

Had Prostate Cancer surgery and use Depend Real Fit and they work as stated. The waist is a little to high so I fold the waistband over and is just about right. The only problem I have is they get very warm after wearing for awhile and you start to sweat and can get moist and a little uncomfortable. I also use the guards and at night the shields. Overall a good product for the money and have not had any real problems.

I've used Depends since they K-C brought out disposable underwear. Honestly, I use other brands of diapers for night use, since no Depends product works for me through the night. That said, I like to have a supply of Real Fit, since there are times when I need absorbent underwear. For this use, they are superior to Tena's men's underwear and all other pull up brands I have used. It's true, you get what you pay for. Buy store brand, save a buck or two, and leak all over. This product is the best Depends product I have used. For guys who are mobile, these are great briefs.

My 14 year old son wets the bed every night and sometimes has accidents during the day. He has been wearing Goodnites as his full-time underpants but they were getting to be too small for him and he’s not ready for regular boys briefs. I bought him these Real Fit briefs to try for the daytime and they’re working very well. They’re easy to slip on him, fit him well and look a little more grown up than the Goodnites. For nighttime, we are diapering him in Depends fitted briefs with a pair of youth plastic pants for extra protection. This combination keeps him and his bed dry.

Just by looking at the package you can see the picture of the item clearly and the size. The colors are great now instead of white you have a choice of colors that would make any one that needs them pick up these to try. No one wants the white if they can help it. offering a choice of colors will make any one that needs this stop and look.
