These provide a good and soft underwear like feel, and the fabric is soft and comfortable for the skin, but the occasionally feels a little bulky near the groin area, and the waist band sometimes slides down. Impressed by the absorbency, though, has good wetness protection and controls odor very well. Overall, it is a good alternative, but just as said earlier, little bulky feels.

I’m very disappointed with the revised package and briefs contained within. I had figured there would be issues upon seeing the new package (top of photo) and sure the absorbent pad size is smaller then previous pad size but yet the are able to chaff and ride me worse then the previous version. I guess I’ll have to stock up on the earlier version (bottom of photo) and then switch brands - hard to do in a monopolistic market.

Absorbency and odor control are top notch as to be expected by a large brand name. I am not quite sure about the leakage protection and would prefer to not find out. I suppose no news is good news on that front.

I've been a Men's diaper wearer for some time now , and I usually wear the Por Homees for Men or some other kind... BUT when I saw the new Real Fit Diapers I had to try them out , I was amazed at the comfort feel and styling of the Diaper.. I'm not scared to wear them out for fear of leakage,,THESE new diapers are a sure win for the team..THANKS !

The product received appears to be a case of low-quality defective factory-seconds. Three items were selected from the 52-item case at random. One item disintegrated after only an hour of wear. The other two selected items came apart (the inner lining separated from the pad and brief, and the pad disintegrated) after two hours of light wear. The outer brief material is so poorly woven it falls apart while handling the brief simply to put the brief on. This is in contrast to a case of product received months earlier, which contained good quality items that functioned well. There appears to be a quality-control problem given one case contained well-manufactured items, and another case contains items of such poor quality they are useless.
