I have been using men's depends for 16 yrs, over the past three months the new Depends that has been coming out falling apart,(I'm not talking about the real fit product)it's the men's depends S/M that you sell the all stores. So by the end of the day the matural on the inside falls apart, just from sitting in a wheelchair all day,and if it gets wet like from sweat it falls apart even faster, I hope you guys fix this problem. At 28 years old I have started to have some nocturnal incontinence. It absorbs leaks really well and helps control the smell. I wore it the whole day and it held up and felt comfortable . I love that it can expand to your needs when you want a really nice feel. The material is really nice and not scratchy.

Elastic edge holding absorbent pad inside was coming loose before the end of the day, causing it to bunch up it spots, rear was bunching up into a narrow wad after a few hours, I bought them for rear protection, they are useless for that purpose, front pad goes all the way up to the front of the waistband, bad design, urine flows downhill, more padding up high at the front than at the crotch where gravity would naturally cause it to collect, total waste of money.

These look like regular underwear and are not bulky. If you need more protection, you can also buy & place a Depends for Men Guard in them. If you want to use them more like underwear & you can change them often, then you may only have to remove the guard you placed from these underwear, especially in the daytime. I will say that at night, I would have both on and a protective sheet & mattress pad. Side sleepers can add 2 more Depends For Men Guards to each side of these underwear along with one in the front. If there are problems with the bowels as well, you can add another Guard to the back. If you are changing in the middle of the night, then you may want to switch to something with easily tearable sides.
