[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need to wear these at age 31 due to bladder control issues. These are very comfortable, soft and most of the time I forget I'm wearing them. They hide under my jeans very well and hold up to my very active lifestyle. These are the best incontience underwear I've worn. They absorb every drip, trickel, surge and even when I can't make it to the bathroom and loose complete bladder control. They do need to be immediately changed after a larger accident but they still feel pretty dry even when soaked. They do OK on oder control. Nothing can completely hide the smell of urine. The real fit underwear has given me my life back. I do everything else other 30 year old guys do, I just need some protection. My confidence has skyrocketed since I started wearing these.

These are for my husband who after cancer surgery became incontinent and he liked how these fit. He's not a over weight person so until we found the perfect fit these briefs were the ones he liked. We will be buying these for the rest of his life. So keep them in stock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While they are effective, I find them a bit bulky under tighter clothing. If you wear looser pants, it’s not an issue, but they could be designed to be slimmer. That said, they are still a good option for those who need heavy protection.

I am writing this because my husband wears them.He has bladder cancer and had a tumor removed in May. They removed all of the tumor and now has BCG treatments. The first Depends I bought was the regular white ones for men because there were more in the package for the price . The second time I bought Depends I bought Real Fit and could tell the difference and so could my husband. It was 1000% better over all they looked like real underwear and felt like it also. This makes a big difference to the dignity of a man because they do look like underwear. Thank you for the improvements that you have made.

As one who wears Tena male guards on a regular basis I elected to purchase a package of three Real Fit underware for flight to Hawaii. I found them to be very comfortable, discreet and felt like I was wearing regular cotton briefs. While I'm minimally incontinent and would not need to use this product on a daily basis, I will certainly use them for any future long trips.

These are the best we have found. The older depends and other brands are made with a plastic covering. This made them hot and would cause galding (the private area would be sore, feeling like a sever burn. This is very painful. It's the same as sever diaper rash). I was very glad to find these, they fit like real underwear. Air is able to get through and the liquid stays inside. No leaking. I would recommend these to anyone.

I received two samples one was s/m and one was l/xl. When I put on the x/l sample the top end tore as I was pulling them up. The part without the padding was not strong enough to pull up. There were no instruction for wearing them. You should warn potential customers. I wore them anyway and they held up as far as water retention but because of the tearing I was very disappointed to say the least
