I've purchased Depend Real Fit for a couple of years and really liked their fit and absorbancy. I recently purchased a package of 52 from Walmart, and although the two packages says "Real Fit" on them, they DO NOT fit the same. These new ones slip down and feel loose, especially around the legs. At present I don't have confidence that these will protect like the old ones did if the occasion arises. Hopefully I'll never have to find out.

I have waist size 34 and I am using the L – XL version they are very comfortable and most importantly when I wear jeans, they cannot be detected by anyone. I love the fabric and the absorbency . I wear them every day when I am running errands and they are very durable and odorless and when an accident happens, which occurs not to often , I am prepared.

This product is certainly a winner! You folks really have a great product that is easy to put on, easy to change, and provides good protection. Although it says on the box your "best protection", I wouldn't necessarily agree. In the sitting position, this product may leak when saturated. Also, the padding doesn't fully extend to the back, or near the back waist line. It kind of sits in a weird position a third of the way up the buttocks, giving a weird feeling with some movements. Might I suggest you add internal leak guards, especially around the leg cuffs, and extend the padding a bit more in the rear. Then this product would truly be superior. It might also be nice to have other exterior designs than just plain gray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfort is phenomenal. Very surprised because as a larger body type the fit of items that cross multiple size ranges can be a hassle. Absorbency and odor control are top notch as to be expected by a large brand name. I am not quite sure about the leakage protection and would prefer to not find out. I suppose no news is good news on that front.

Had Prostate Cancer surgery and use Depend Real Fit and they work as stated. The waist is a little to high so I fold the waistband over and is just about right. The only problem I have is they get very warm after wearing for awhile and you start to sweat and can get moist and a little uncomfortable. I also use the guards and at night the shields. Overall a good product for the money and have not had any real problems.

These depends are perfect. They are thin and comfortable and noiseless. Nobody knew I was wearing them but me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was soft and comfortable.. It did not bunch up, was not bulky and actually laid smoothly under outer clothing. Protection was good. I was concerned about the absorbent lining. It seem to shred and pill up as the day progressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These briefs are comfortable, and well made. They even look pretty much like the real thing. I can detect no odor after a leakage. I even was able to use the smaller sized one that came with the sample package. I'm right at the edge between the sizes. I got two packages from a CVS "buy one, get another 1/2 price" the other day and I'm thinking about swapping one of the L/XL to give the smaller size a better trial. (It'd be nice if you had a size in the "middle.") Otherwise, these almost make up for having to "go" sitting down all the time. Good product.
