They fit like ordinary underwear, have an excellent seal around ones thighs and they can hold a tremendous amount of urine before any leakage.They aren't lying when they say maximum absorbency. You can go twice wtih no leakage before you should change. They come in two colors also, grey and light blue if that is important to you. But the sigificant aspect of them is their absorbancy. Nothing I have found comes close. One more thing, I've found that using talcum powder makes a big difference. It prevents chafing and absorbs sweat when wearing these things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These underwear fit well and snug on the body. They also are very absorbent, which gives you a lot of peace of mind for unexpected accidents. The look is sleek and look a lot more like regular underwear. On top of that, these don't seem to irritate skin nearly as much as other brands.

Perfect fit and look for my taste! Definitely comfortable and discreet for daytime and nighttime use. Breathable for extensive activity. I feel less self conscious whenever I’m in situations where leaks are more probable. I really like the quality of this product as it holds great throughout a busy and active day.

I have never cared for pull up style diapers because they feel like they are hanging off of my body but these actually have a nice snug fit and are very comfortable i was reminded of the goodnites i wore as a teen by the fit of this product.I also could not tell it was wet until it was overfull yet it still didnt feel like i had a diaper on at all! the only thing i wish they were more absorbent like double the capacity they are now, they are not perfect but they are 100% improvement over any other pull up

Love these, I wear these for comfort mainly/ pleasure/or Convenience. really good when working out since their fitted. Very discreet, and don't sag too much when wet. the elastic band does hold tight if using the diaper for anything other than wetting. holds both messes very well, and keeps a tight grip. Although, would highly recommend the Maximum Protection, or Plastic backed for that. The plastic backed ones are definitely my favorite product though, Mainly for the reason that they are more of an actual diaper with tabs, and really gives you the freedom to use as you please, the Real Fit briefs hold well, but may leak when sitting, if used too much, does dry quick though on small leaks, and very airy and comfortable. I usually only use them at the gym, or when you want to be really discreet. the plastic backed are good for any occasion.. very get hot if working out with them though, but still comfortable. those don't leak much when sitting/moving, wether messy, or wet, they generally have good leak guards. Went hiking with depends plastic backed briefs, plastic held up very well, didn't tear, was messy through the day, but they absorbed the moisture well and didn't feel uncomfortable. very flexible...

These were perfect not only form fit but also no chaffing. It was easy for him to feel more at ease during the day which made me happy.
