I have BPH and it causes mild dribbling. I have tried the guards and shields but am very self conscious of wearing them must be too much like a pad or something. I am using the real fit and these feel normal as can be for me. But for dribbling they don't need all the absorbency probably a third less or half would be ideal.

Firstly I got it in size S-M so it fits pretty well, comfortable to wear for a whole day at work. It absorbs quickly and controls ordor excellently, which is a big pros. Overall I’m satisfied with this product and would highly recommend if you’re looking for products like this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are so far the best I have encountered, they are sleek so it doesn’t show you have them on, nobody can notice them. They held up to a 8 hour flight. However I could still smell my own stink but only when I pooped and I got nervous and started to get hot and sweaty.

I've been using these diapers for a few weeks now and overall they are pretty good. They are probably the most absorbent underwear style diaper I've used and they fit well and are very comfortable. The only thing I would change would be to add some leak guards (similar to the interior leak guards on the "protection with tabs" product). It would also be nice if the absorbent pad came up a little further in the back.

My husband has struggled to find a product that was comfortable and absorbed well. After trying several other brands and types he chose this as his favorite. However, they are a bit small and fail to come up adequately on his buttocks area. Is there any thought of making a XXL for people like my husband who are in need of the comfort of this product, but in a bigger size?
