[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting older has it's issues but using these well fitting and not obvious briefs provides comfort and control over leaky situations. They fit well and look almost like regular underwear. I really think they are good for just about any situation where you want discreet security.

Definitely an upgrade from old pull-ups. They look better and are more underwear like in their fit. Hold a good amount for the slenderness style that they are. Wish that the protection ran a little higher in the front and that the thigh area was better to avoid leaking. Leaks seem to only occur after multiple wettings. Absorption is good and keeps everything dry. Do seem to bulk up more than I anticipated. Overall very positive experience.

I have been using Real Fit for the past 7 years, and very satisfied. However, the recent change  (new and improved) is a vastly inferior product to the original! They are thinner, they are loose around  the legs resulting in leakage. Why they had to degrade a great product makes no since. I am currently looking for a alternate  choice. You may be saving money in producing a less quality product but you will definitely lose customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My pops is 92 years old and this is what he had to say, I have metastatic prostate cancer and I am unable to control my bowels. I have been wearing Attends Culotte diapers with tape closures until I got the opportunity to try Depends Real-Fit Underwear. The difference is just enormous. The tape closures on the Attends are not strong enough to hold the diaper in place. Any slight stress, like bending over to pick up something off the floor, causes the tape closure to stretch and the diaper winds up around my knees. So there is a huge difference in my confidence in situations when I need it most. The Depends fits snugly. It is surprisingly durable (which counts a lot), and does not irritate my skin. They are absorbent with strong odor protection and I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to become acquainted with this product.

The fit was fine and no issues with absorption. He would recommend this to others who need it for bladder concerns or if you didn't have access to a restroom for a long period of time.

Being a parapelegic, I need these constantly. It is so nice to have something that is not constantly making noise whenever I move, also the fact that since I have no feeling it is nice to know that I have never had a leak or the like when wearing these. Thye new style are a lot nicer but if it was up to me, I would like the waistband to be a little shorter in height, I am always folding them over so if my shirt goes up when I have to bend over that nobody will be able to see a diaper. I am sure you could understand why I am saying this? Thanks Mike

They fit my 38" waist snug but not uncomfortable or chafing. They allow a person to wear normal clothes, and do normal activities. I've tried other alternatives, there's no comparison. And they make great hats, especially in inclement weather. Turn them inside out, it's amazing how much rain they can hold. Course the ear holes are kinda big. Cheers.
