The new version is completely horrible and judging by several other reviews I'm not the only one who's complaining. Ive been purchasing real fits for almost 5 years and not once ever had any major issues but this new version has less padding and leaks everytime not mention the padding comes apart after a short while even when its not wet. For having to pay a dollar per pair for these I would expect better from this company. I'll have to try a different brand now until whoevers making these calls fixes the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Uffff... Very conformable. I chose a size M for a 200 pounds and 6 feet person, and this size fit very well. Very good absorbency, more than I expected. After using this product in a normal night, no odors at all.

These depends are perfect. They are thin and comfortable and noiseless. Nobody knew I was wearing them but me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had cancer in 2008 I had to have my prostate removed immediately. A few months later I had 35 treatments of extensive radiation. The end result caused radiation damage to my bladder (causing it to shrink), leakage of the bladder and bladder spasms. By 2009 I had to start using an incontinency product. I started using different name brands of underwear and preferred using Depend Underwear. As the radiation damage to my bladder has progressed, causing constant incontinency, I started using the Depend Real Fit Briefs in 2013. They fit perfectly and the maximum absorbency is what I need. I will continue to use this product and would recommend the use of these to anyone that has a problem with inconsistency.

The box is nice, you can keep your underwears in them, I prefer this packaging over the plastic bag packaging it's much easier to deal with. Love these underwears.

Bought these for my dad to wear for the night, did not like them at all, he trusted these as first time wearing adult diapers he did not know if it was going to absorb but eventually it did not, I had to buy another mattress topper. I will get more prepared with not just adult diapers but with other things as well. Two stars only great fit. Bought size M my dad is W34.

There is more dignity in wearing these as they are so much better made and sleek. The ugly days can be over and done with. No one needs to know, but everyone should give this line a try if they are in the market for them.

He didn't feel like he was wearing a diaper. They are easy to get on and off. Definitely recommend trying these if you need a little more protection.
